Time flies, and the main equipment of Boma oil filter has been in the factory over one month, during this period, the technicians of Boma were intensively debugging the equipment. At present, the plant planning and equipment commissioning have entered the sprint stage, and many equipment have been able to operate normally. It is expected that they will be on track during November and achieve mass production. The following is a brief introduction of the equipment that can be put into production at present.


The shell, gland, fixed plate and other key parts of rotary oil filter are stamped by the stamping equipment in accordance with the die standard. Stamping plays an important role in the manufacture of oil filter. In order to ensure the precision and accuracy of stamping, Boma introduced advanced automatic feeding system and 400 T fixed plate materials ,250 T and 200 T shell tensile materials, 160 T upper / lower cover and bypass valve bracket material stamping equipment to ensure the stability and consistency of mass production.

Generally speaking, the shell of oil filter needs surface spraying and protective treatment, so the stamped shell needs to be cleaned and degreased, phosphating and then surface spraying. Boma introduced advanced cleaning and spraying automatic line changing integrated equipment, greatly saving manpower and time cost, effectively improved production efficiency.

The fixed plate and bypass valve of oil filter are made by spot welding or riveting of two parts. Boma introduced fixed plate spot welding machine and bypass valve bracket riveting machine to complete this process.

Thread tapping equipment

The thread of rotary oil filter cover plate is related to the installation and the use of oil filter. The meshing degree of thread is very important. Boma adopts the advanced automatic vertical thread tapping machine. The cover plate attacks the thread and then passes through the ultrasonic thread cleaning line. When keeps the thread clean, it also can clean, making the protection, the rust prevention treatment to the entire plate.

Oil filter core production line


It is undoubted that the inner core of oil filter plays a decisive role in the filtering capabilities of oil filter. Therefore, it is very important to ensure the quality of the inner core in the production process. Boma adopts automatic paper core production line to select high quality materials and ensure the standard and standardization of production at the same time.

Up to now, the preparations of the new workshop is nearing the end, and all the equipment has been basically in place. Most of the production line has been debugging, and mass production will soon be realize.
